At a mountain spa village offering wellness vacation with deep relaxation we will dance 4 days of 5 Rhythms Retreat.
It will be a 5 Rhythms journey that can give us opportunity to move deeply with the unique soul of each one of us,
Nature works through waves, seasons, growing cycles, weather patterns…like us human beings..we will explore these waves throw our collective dance.
We will dance and move together with Nature –as a model of inspiration and movement.
For who is the workshop for?
People-women and men who are curios to explore movement and looking for resourcing themselves with the 5 Rhythms maps.
The workshop takes place in a Center-that is located at the Troodos mountains of Cyprus.
Here, you will find winding walking paths and steps through the village of Kalopanayiotis that provide a chance to exercise walk in nature with stunning views of Mediterranean.
An opportunity to take space for peaceful relaxation and to slow down the Rhythm of life…
Time:
The workshop will start on 17.5.18 at 17:00 and we will finish-20.5.18 at noon
Aviya Reches is an accredited 5 Rhythms teacher from 2008 . She offers regular classes, workshops in Israel, Poland, Greece and Berlin .
The fee: 780 shekels for those who will pay until 17.3.18. After this date the fee will be 880 shekels.
Cancellation policy:
Cancelling your booking until 1.5.18 -you will be refunded of the fee minus 300 nis cancellation fee.
After this date -the full fee will not be refunded.
